Jonathan Dayton

Jonathan was born 1760.
In 1788 he was elected as a member of the national house of representatives.
The next year he served as one of the delegates to the convention, and he signed the constitution. Jonathan was from New Jersey.
Also Jonathan was one of the youngest delegates their, and he was 26 yrs. old.
Also he was elected a senator in congress, and took his seat on the 4th of march, 1799.
Jonathan's term expired on March 3rd, 1805. then he retired from public office.
He died in 1824.
Fun Facts

Jonathan was prepared for the career of a layer and a statesman.
He entered the military after graduation from Princeton in 1776.
